If the manager is off don't expect any kind of customer problems to be sorted out by the staff until he returns back in! Even then he doesn't resolve any problems just fobs you off!!! Don't bother using their carpet hire service unless you check the tools are working and not cracked and glued back together...expecting you to come back and forward to the shop. Joke!
